I woke this morning to the tune "back to life, back to reality" buzzing in my ear.

We're home. Back from 10 days of sandy filled vacation. Back from beautiful beach days and sun-kissed cheeks. Back from beating to our own drum, day in and day out. Waking in the morning slowly, drinking coffee overlooking the water, meandering to the beach and setting up shop for the day. Grilling at night with cold beers. Porch rocking with my husband.

I miss it already. Having my little family away from it all and together.

We enjoyed ourselves immensely and even convinced Daddy to stay one more night, just to have a few more beach hours.

I love the memories we made.
